We offer dedicated, pet-only rides to get your furry family members where they need to go—comfortably and stress-free. Whether it’s a vet appointment, grooming session, daycare drop-off, or a trip to a boarding facility, we’ve got you (and your pet) covered.

How It Works:

We’ll meet you curbside for a quick and easy handoff. Need a little extra help? For a small additional fee, we can:

• Come upstairs for pickup or drop-off

• Access your apartment even if you can’t be there in person

📅 Booking Policies

• Card on File or Pre-Payment Required: All reservations must be secured with a card on file or paid in advance via Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card.

• Pet-Only Rides: If your pet is traveling alone, we require an agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off time frame at the moment of booking.

• Alternate Contact: If someone other than you will be present for pick-up or drop-off, we’ll need a group text thread to keep everyone updated on timing and logistics.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your ride up to 2 hours in advance with no penalty.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancelling 24 Hours in Advance to Receive a Full Refund to Original Payment method

  • Cancelling up to 2 hours advance for ability to reschedule and use for future ride with no penalty

  • Cancelling within 2 hours and fees will be:

    • Local Rides: $40

    • Out-of-Town/Out-of-State Rides: $75

• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments will be charged in full.
